The problem

FMD had a manual process for collecting and validating information about potential and current clients from multiple government and commercial data providers.

The solution

I built an automated data collection and validation flow integrating services such as SERPRO, TJSP, CRM providers, PH3A, Assertiva, and Vadu. The system consolidated information into PostgreSQL, while Claude made the data merge decision through an architecture designed to remain switchable to Gemini or GPT.
